WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?

Personal training is one on one instruction each time you come into the studio. No matter what the problems are, no matter how you feel that day, my job is to train you safely and effectively each and every time. No program will ever be the same, so it’s always something new and motivating.

WHAT IS A PERSONAL CUSTOMIZED FITNESS PROGRAM?

A customized program is a workout plan designed for your fitness level, no matter what the case may be. You will go through a program with a personal trainer and have that program to do on your own wherever you do your training. Whether it’s at home, at the gym, outside or on the road the trainer will adjust the program to those wants and needs. You will be designed a safe and effective program that can be changed as often as you’d like!

WHAT IS GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING?

At Excel fitness I offer alot of group personal training sessions! These sessions are for any fitness level and is focused on strength training! There is no pressure to “keep up” with the group, its all about doing what you can and a bit of extra one on one attention. It is set up in a circuit style format using the TRX, bosu’s, steppers, ViPR, gliders, pulley system, free weights, spin bikes and more, with a different style of training each workout.

PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE so you don’t have to worry about paying all of the fees upfront.

Signing up is the best price for group training! Works out to be 35.00/session and you are guaranteed a spot every week. Drop in fee is 38.00+gst. If you sign up for a session and cannot make it on the day you are signed up for, let me know within 24 hours of cancelling, and you are able to be put on a wait list for another session that week, or a class. If notice is not given, the session is forfeited.
