Personal training is one on one instruction each time you come into the studio. No matter what the problems are, no matter how you feel that day, my job is to train you safely and effectively each and every time.

WHAT IS A PERSONAL CUSTOMIZED FITNESS PROGRAM?

A customized program is a workout plan designed for your fitness level, no matter what the case may be. You will go through a program with a personal trainer and have that program to do on your own wherever you do your training. Whether it’s at home, at the gym, outside or on the road the trainer will adjust the program to those wants and needs. You will be designed a safe and effective program that can be changed as often as you’d like!

WHAT IS GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING?

Group Training, is a personal training session that is done in a group setting. A maximum of 7 people are in the group. 7 stations. 45 minutes.

This class is for any fitness level, and there’s no pressure to “keep up” with the group, its all about doing what you can and a bit of extra one on one attention. It is set up in a circuit style format using the TRX, bosu’s, steppers, ViPR, gliders, pulley system, free weights, spin bikes and more, with a different style of training each workout!
